Haunt 31 is One of the nation’s top home haunts and the founder of Chicago Haunt Builders’. Extensive professional and homemade animations, props, static displays, special effects, scents, sounds, walk through, and “un-dead” actors that will startle even the most expecting guest. 2024 is our 26th year of haunting thousands of visitors per season. Be sure to experience the “Chair” animated ride or take your deceased picture in our standing casket. Please note: Display may be cancelled during inclement weather. Google Maps or your GPS all do an excellent job. From I-90, take Randall Rd. North to Algonquin Rd. (route 62), head West (left) to Lakewood Dr., turn South (left) to Annandale Dr., turn right to arrive at the haunt.
